Facebook-raffle / 9th beer festival in Bludenz
Conditions for participation
I. Prize
You can win 3 x 2 tickets for the 9th beer festival in Bludenz on 28th September 2019 in the “Fohren Center”.
II. Voting-time
Voting is possible from the day of posting until Friday, 20th September 2019.
III. Publication of winner
After the voting has finished, all winners will be announced a.s.a.p. on www.facebook.com/amikobauconsult.
IV. Terms of participation
The raffle is open to all persons, which are at least 16 years old at the time of participation and resident of Austria. In case of winning the prize an evidence of age has to be presented. Groups, employees, clubs, associations and societies are not allowed to take part in the raffle.
V. Drawing
The winner will be drawn between all “like-it”-statements of our facebook-page. The participants agree to have their full names published in the case of winning. This enables us to contact the winner. The prize has to be collected personally at the main office of amiko bau consult in Bludenz.

VII. Further regulations
1) Amiko bau consult reserves its right to interrupt or stop the draw at any time without giving reasons. This will especially be the case if a regular draw cannot be guaranteed out of technical or legal reasons. If such a cut-off is caused by the behaviour of a participant the amiko bau consult can demand compensation of this person.
2) Should a participant breach these rules he can be banned of the draw. This right will be executed, if this person uses unfair means or takes advantage by manipulation. If necessary winnings can be deprived and reclaimed in such a case.
3) Double-winnings are explicitly excluded.
4) The draw takes place excluding the jurisdiction of a court.
5) The draw is subject to alteration.
VIII. Regulatory framework
Organizer of the draw is the amiko bau consult (imprint). Our general terms and conditions und data protection rules apply in this case.
