data privacy statement

Statement of obligation to inform

The protection of your personal data is of utmost concern to us. We will process your data under legal provisions only (DSGVO, TKG 2003). With this data privacy statement, we will inform you about the most important aspects of data handling within the framework of our website.

Contact us

If you get into contact with us via form on the website or via e-mail, your stated data will be stored in order to process the request and in case of follow-up questions for six months. The data will not be disclosed by us without your agreement.

Cookies

Our website uses so called cookies. These are small text files, which will be stored on your end device by using the browser. They do not cause any harm.

We use cookies to create user-optimised supplies. Some cookies stay on your end device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser when you visit us next.

If you do not agree to this, you can set up your browser in a way to be informed about the saving of cookies and that you allow them in individual cases only.

The deactivation of cookies may reduce the functionality of our website.

Web-analysis

Our website uses functions of the web-analysis service Google Analytics von Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Therefore web-analysis data will be transferred to a non-European third-party country (USA). For that purpose cookies are used, which allow an analysis of your utilisation of the website. The hereby created information will be transferred to the provider’s server and saved on it. Your IP-address will be recorded but immediately pseudonymised. This will only allow a rough localisation. You can avoid this by setting up your browser in a way that it will not save any cookies.

The relationship to the web-analysis provider is based on a resolution of adequacy of the European Commission, i.e. in case of the USA “privacy shield”. The data is processed on the basis of legal terms according to § 96 (2) TKG and the article of the DSGVO. Our concern in the context of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our supply and our web presentation. As the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data will be pseudonymised. The user data will be saved for 18 months.

Your rights

Basically, you have the right of information, correction, deletion, limitation, data transfer, repeal and objection. If you think that processing your data infringes on the data privacy laws or your data privacy right has been infringed in any way, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the data protection authority.
