Description of project
The building works for the annexe at the hotel Daneu in Nueziders (A) was divided into:
- Annexe north: 3-storey annexe as solid construction (ferroconcrete, bricks and steel stanchions). A storage room and a bikeport were built in the basement, on the ground floor a reefer and a kitchen extension. Additional hotel rooms were realised on the upper floor of the annexe north.
- Annexe west: 2-storey annexe, basement as solid construction (ferroconcrete and steel stanchions), ground floor partially solid construction respectively timber work. In the basement new hotel rooms were built and on the ground floor a dining hall as well as a patio.
- Alteration works in three storeys as steel and solid construction (ferroconcrete and steel stanchions/girders) – replacement respectively underpinning at cut-outs and door/window enlargements.
