Description of project

Conversion project room/multi-purpose room (building volume: 456,30 m3/gross floor area: 147,20 m3):

The municipality of Blons reshaped/rebuilt the “old grocery” in Blons into a project room/multi-purpose room, disposing of a kitchenette, conference room, storage and toilets. These rooms are used by the adjoining Secondary School Großes Walsertal. The building works took place in summer/autumn 2015.

Annexe new square for Secondary School Großes Walsertal

A new square was created south-west facing as a living and recreation zone for the pupils with an effective surface of 72 m2, including a generously stepped sitting area made of wood. These building works took place in summer/autumn 2015.

Renewal of glass roof Secondary School Großes Walsertal

As the existing, approx. 20 years old glass roof showed damages, it had to be replaced by a new heat protection glass including a sun protection glass. Reconditioned roof area: approx. 110 m2. The building works took place from August to mid of September 2017.
