Bridge V32L direction Bregenz

Technical details: 8 fields, range 39.86 m to 14.04 m, total length 202.86 m, width 17.70 m, area 3503.90 m²

The bridge consists of single span girders, which are connected with spring plates respectively expansion joints. The support structure was built as loosely reinforced T-beams and at the largest field as a hollow box with several cells made of prestressed concrete.

Bridge V32R direction Bludenz

Technical details: 8 fields, range 39.86 m to 14.04 m, total length 202.86 m, width 17.70 m, area 3503.90 m²

Bridge V33, both directions

Technical details: 3 fields, range 8.25 m resp. 18.50 m, total length 36.00 m, width of both directions 340.73 m, area 1250.00 m²

Here the single span girder was connected with spring plates and the T-beam cross-section was loosely reinforced.

Reconstruction measures

  • Complete restructuring including new seal and drainage, new expansion joints and partially replacement of bearing as well as concrete repair at V32 and V33
  • Upgrade to retaining stage H4b on the central reservation and edge strips including strengthening of the cantilevers at V32
  • Upgrade to retaining stage H4b on the central reservation and edge strips including strengthening of the cantilevers and H2 on the bridge edges at V33
  • Renewal of gravel wall and approach slabs at V33

  • Coordination of protective scaffolding for the area of federal rail tracks
