Description of project
We have been assigned with planning an annex on the premises of the Bad Ischler Wassertechnik und Edelstahldesign GmbH (BI-WAT). It was the aim of the project to roof a storage yard with a parking deck (point supported reinforced concrete slab) including a motorcycle garage and a show room.
Special challenge
The parking deck had to be integrated to the public road system by building a ramp according to all requirements of the Road Construction Office and the trade authorities. An additional challenge proofed to be the alteration of the public road use during the filing-phase = one way road at junction.
